No Gold X Love Dancing | Puluti

Over the past few years, Vancouver native DJ duo Love Dancing have firmly established themselves as some of the finest curators of electronic music in this fair city. In the last 18 months alone, they have brought Ikonika, Ramadanman, Zed Bias, Martyn, Egyptrixxx, and Julio Bashmore in for your listening pleasure. As well, they have been instrumental in the fine selection of talent at the New Forms Festival, which last year brought Shlohmo to town, and this year features the likes of Kode9, Sinjin Hawke, and Teebs.

Below, check their recent rework of No Gold’s Puluti – a shuffling, stripped down version of the Vancouver band’s track, comprised of a head bobbing ambient drone and beautiful snippets of the original’s backing vocals.
