London-based producer Tom Dinsdale has embarked on a new project, crafting club-oriented house beats well suited for Ibiza sun-sets, Black Rock City’s beautiful madness, and dimly-lit bedrooms. Tom’s new work will be released under the moniker, Mineo. The title track on Hot Creation’s 38th release is a deep punchy bass-line dressed with tepid chords and an infectious vocal sample–soulful, energized, and sublime–perfect if you’re a fan of dancing.

The B-Side for “Turn Out The Lights” is a remix of the title track done by none other than Hot Creation’s label-head, Jamie Jones. Jamie takes the original and brushes it with elements of deep techno: The song becomes darker, more repetitive, and ultimately more robust.

Like the first, the final track of the EP “Off The Handle” resembles a UK-house sound. This cut is arguably weaker when compared to the other two, but, the track is still strong enough to stand on it’s own. The weaknesses of the song are simply exacerbated by the strength of the first two tracks on the release, however, “Off The Handle” is sure to connect with astute minds on the dance-floor.

Release Dates:

12″ – 21st October
Beatport – 4th November
