Stuart Howard has already thoroughly demonstrated his knack for crafting refreshing and emotionally driven beat tunes. However, with each release, the Essex-born producer manages to expand on his signature sound, solidifying his position as a dominant presence in this ever-evolving beat scene.

Lapalux‘s latest jam follows his acclaimed XLR8R Podcast, which provided a window into the “sounds that make him tick.” His rework of Slugabed‘s “Mountains Come Out of the Sky” is furnished with glimmering synths, elongated vocal samples and those characteristic off-kilter beats.
