Astrological | Christmas Special
Nate Drobner, who acts as one-half of Potatohead People and plays bass and keyboards for Vancouver-bred outfit Panther and the Supafly , also goes by Astrological , crafting thick, jazzy hip hop infused with raw instrumentation. Astro’s releases are diverse but, throughout, his sounds remain grounded in the same kind of throwback grooves that pay tribute to the sounds of 60s and 70s psychedelic music.
As a Christmas treat, Astrological had kindly offered all of his releases (that’s six albums) for free. Head over to the Jellyfish Bandcamp to pick them up while you can- they won’t be free for long.
