In his latest remix of “Sunset”, Jamie xx conjures up a thumping, guitar-driven four-to-the-floor piece that expands on the original, which he also produced for his band’s most recent album, Coexist . The UK beatsmith debuted the track during his Boiler Room set a few weeks back and there was some speculation as to who had actually crafted the edit. Now that that’s all cleared up, download the song over at iTunes here . The rework was released as part of iTunes’ holiday download series and for the next 48 hours, it’s free-of-charge, accompanied by videos of “Angels,” live in Tokyo, and “Chained.”
