This L.A. based producer has been making beats since 1994–and it shows. His music has been released by various well-respected labels including Playhouse, 7th City, Poker Flat, Kompakt, and his own label Palette Recordings.
John Tejada’s latest cut entitled “Somewhere” is a deep minimalistic evolving seven-minute dance odyssey. Tejada’s sound is restrained and understated–a perfect match for Cologne’s legendary minimal techno imprint–Kompakt. His synths are crisp warm and precise and they dance deftly together in perfect synchronization.
