Kenny Dixon Jr. ‘s latest LP is a treasure trove of funky soulful sample-based music and cheeky interludes inspired by Detroit.
Upon first listens through, one of the tracks that first jumped out at me was the longest cut on the release “Sloppy Cosmic”. I also connected instantly with “Desire”.
