“Caramellas” appeared on Aeroplane ‘s debut EP released in 2007. Despite Stephen Fasano’s departure from the duo a couple years back, Vito De Luca has managed to maintain the characteristic cosmic disco-electroncia sound that the dyad originally visioned. In recent days De Luca has announced a remix package (out today), featuring refixes from the likes of Cassius , Breakbot , and veteran producer, Joakim .
Joakim ‘s dub is one of the three hand-picked tunes present on the 12″ track list. With a beat-heavy breeze, Joakim Bouazziz has rearranged the original into a hazy, distinctly upbeat piece- perfect for a summer evening.
