Atoms For Peace is a ‘supergroup’ comprised of Thom Yorke , Flea of The Red Hot Chilli Peppers, and Radiohead producer Nigel Godrich amongst others. Default is the single released by Atoms For Peace to keen ears yesterday afternoon; it is a 5-minute atmospheric ride reminiscent of a combination between UK-based DJ group Dark Sky , and In Rainbows - era Radiohead .
The proper release for Default comes September 10th via XL Recordings , with the release of the full LP supposedly coming sometime this year.
