In anticipation for Steven Ellison’s [a.k.a. Flying Lotus 's] upcoming album, Los Angeles based director Kahlil Joseph created a short film featuring music from the LP forthcoming on Warp Records . The tracks featured in the short consist of: See Thru to U feat. Erykah Badu , Hunger feat. Niki Randa , and Getting There feat. Niki Randa.
The piece is shot beautifully; colours are provoking and camera angles seem as if the film could be frozen in place at any second, resulting in a tasteful photograph.
