A.CHAL | Ballroom Riots
Today Alejandro Chal released the final product of his ongoing project, ‘ Ballroom Riots ‘. The one man army posted up the EP for download , and put out a pristine promo video, for which he did much of the directing and editing himself.
Since our get-to-know post in April of 2012, A.CHAL has delivered a number of tunes which perpetually heightened our expectations for the EP, and he did not disappoint. The title track ‘Ballroom Riots’ is refreshingly grimy, with elements of current contemporary bass music, while embodying the distinguishable style that initially grasped my intrigue.
The collection offers a diverse, original sound. Turn up your speakers, watch the video, take a listen, cop the tunes, and share it if you wish. I’m sure he would appreciate it.
